Our Leadership
Chief Barr. Dr. Mrs. Ebi Austin, mni – a legal practitioner and policy strategist. She holds an LL.B and B.L, and became a Member of the National Institute (mni) in 2025. Her public service includes Chairman of Kolokuma/Opokuma LGA, Special Assistant to the Bayelsa State Government, and Managing Director of Crystabel Microfinance Bank. A former National Vice President of NCWS, she founded LEDAI, a UN‑ECOSOC recognised NGO advancing justice and women’s rights. Honoured with the chieftaincy title Uwoufini ere I of Olodiama. She is also an active member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Chartered Institute of Forensic and Investigators Auditors and Women in Energy Oil and Gas (WIEOG).
A respected community leader and Justice of the Peace, Hon. Pastor Austin Ogionwo Febo brings invaluable wisdom and ethical leadership to LEDAI's mission of justice and community empowerment.
Ordu Tarilatei David serves as the Secretary of Law Explorer Development and Assistance Initiative (LEDAI). With a strong background in legal support and organizational management, he is responsible for maintaining records, facilitating communications, and ensuring the operational continuity of LEDAI's advocacy efforts.
